I can say I don't think I will be a returning customer. I came in for a fill and was talked into removing my old tips and replacing with a full new set.
The gel only had 2 coats and was very think or at least felt very think.
I asked for round and narrow similar to Almond shape but not that narrow. Because I wanted them to be narrow enough to match my current nail.
My nail tech only asked if I wanted a drink three times but didn't try to have any kind of friendly conversation during my visit.
1. Removing old nails
2. Adding & glue new tips
3. Add pink acrylic powder
4. Cut and Shape
5. Polished gel two coats
6. Polished gel top coat
I paid $75 which I included a tip. My service I received only took 40 minutes.
I felt rushed. I couldn't even get my wallet out of my purse because my tech got up and went and grabbed another customer and walked the new customer back to where I was standing trying to pull out my car keys and wallet. The tech asked if I would please move to the side and so her customer could sit down.
Based off this experiences I don't think I will be returning for any other service.
This is a prefect example of when shops have to many employees and can't remember customers because they feel there are to many to need to remember. So, the customer service, friendlyness, and quality isn't a priority and it's all about just collecting a pay check!
Customers shouldn't be treated like cattle. I left like I was cattle being pushed through the barn. Good luck to anyone who gives this place a chance.
I will be returning to my original nail salon over the weekend to have my nails fixed. Services: Acrylic nails, Gel manicures

A friend recommended this salon and I shouldve questioned it the moment I walked it. Everything looked very cheap, especially the seats (and they felt so cheap and rough). When we were seated, my nail tech didnt talk to me or anything and the entire service felt rushed. I didnt enjoy it at all! I swear I was sitting there for maybe 15 minutes until I was already told to sit under the dryer. She also did a horrible job with my pedicure. I had polish around my toes and had to ask the front desk girl for acetone and a cotton ball to clean myself! My friend had nail polish on her actual feet for some reason. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience. Definitely do not recommend seeing Kim or coming in at all.
