Our babys first Christmas and such a bad experience. Santa was just over it and even said I work with a bunch of idiots and then people showed up right at close cuz they were late to their reservation. Santa didnt want to take anymore and the lady at the desk snapped if you dont wanna take pictures as santa then go change while a bunch of kids were in there! Cant believe I paid $40 for THAT

We have come here the last 2 years and could not ask for better experience! We came at 6pm on a Monday and we were the only ones. Santa is INCREDIBLE! He talked to our son for 20 minutes and just couldnt have asked for a better experience!

We had arrived late to our reservation but staff let us take photos regardless, Santa was great and never broke character :) the photographer did take one photo too early and didn't re take it even though we were both moving and I was mid sentence which sucked because we bought the most expensive package. Still it was a great time
