A couple a months ago I had to purchase a new car and I was nervous about it; because cars have become so expensive. Mick McShane at the Honda dealership was wonderful. He patient and kind. It was a relief to feel like someone was trying to give me a fair deal.

This dealership is a lieing ripoff to customers took 5000 dollars from me on a lease trade to fix a negative equity balance and only to find out six months later that iam still in the negative equity situation classic Honda is a bad bunch of thieves iam so sorry I was stupid enough to listen to the general sales manager who completely is a profound liar this was like opening your window and throwing out 5000 dollars cash a Example to all Stay far away they are thieves and liars and will rob you of your money with there nonsense lies Take some super Great advice and run the other way for your own benefit they robbed a senior citizen of hard earned money how low can you go dont believe what dealership commented on they stole 5000 dollars from me for nothing they are thieves in disguise run run run else were disregarding what dealership states below with there lies the purposely stated to me buy putting down 5000 dollars plus my trade would make me even Steven which was a complete waste of money out the window they are the worst company and dealership to rob a senior citizen out of 5000 dollars stay far far away for your own good dont get burnt like I did and was taken advantage of go elsewhere please these are thieves in suites are thieves and liers run run run they stole money from a senior citizen no morals at all

First, I want to say that I generally do not write reviews but I wanted to share our experience . My wife and I are so glad that we found a beautiful Certified Pre-owned Pilot and Classic Honda Galveston. We called on a Saturday afternoon to see if the vehicle was available and it was so we then drove from Clear Lake City. Edgar, our Salesman, said he would have the Pilot ready to view and it was ready as soon as we arrived. Edgar was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering all of our questions and provided great insight, along with being available, and making this a great experience. However, we decided to think about it over the weekend, with absolutely no pressure at all, and then I called back on Monday to proceed with the next steps. After our work day, we returned to purchase our Honda Pilot. It was clean, spotless, and ready to go. Ryan in Finance was great and we appreciate his knowledge and taking us efficiently through the process. Thank You Edgar, Ryan, and Classic Honda Galveston!
