Started out having fun but due to an employee who came back after his shift and didn't like the fact that my nephew was having fun with what I assume was a frequent guest that he obviously had a thing with or wanted to turned our fun enjoyable evening in to a nightmare. Along with the other staff that he brought into his issue. Then came in the next day and banned the two you men in our group from the bar which in turn caused about 12 to 14 others not to go. But we did not let him ruin our night after the great time we had at the wedding that was for one of the executive from the corporate offices daughter.

Great price from Priceline.com $148.00 a room. They have a giant water slide by the pool.

The best experience of this hotel was only due to the front desk staff at the check-in/check-out. The hotel certainly needs an improvement in cleaning and maintenance. There was a water leak in our room which probably had gone on for awhile as there was a stain on the carpet but the staff had not noticed. Once we informed the front desk, they moved us to another room as they couldn't do the repairs. One of my friends and I also had a very unpleasant experience where we felt discriminated against at the main bar where we were told that they couldn't serve us any alcohol due to the last call being announced before we ordered around 10:45 PM. The bar was supposed to close at 11 PM, however they served a "regular" guest after 11 PM right in front of us. I have never experienced such an incident in all my travels. Hospitality (experience) is what lasts in your mind and this surely will. We informed this to the front desk immediately. Even though most of the front desk staff were amazing, we as a group will not consider staying here again simply because of this incident. We had 5 rooms for a combined total of about 21 nights. And this incident made us feel as we weren't valued but the "regular" guest was above us all. The food was mediocre at the bar and the pool menu lacked in choices. Even though the pool was supposed to be heated, the heater wasn't working. The outside heaters in the patio didn't work and one of the servers rudely said "we don't have propane". The hotel's entertainment system is way outdated. They want to charge $19.99 for movies that can be streamed free. The only reason for the 2 stars is due to the friendly staff at the front desk if not I would have given this hotel 1 star. Will not stay here again for the reasons given above.
