I contracted Generocity Foundation Repair, Inc. for a foundation inspection. Sara was incredibly friendly and responsive when I called. JT was on time for the inspection and was very kind and respectful. He helped me understand what he was doing and gave me needed advice for preventative maintenance. I would recommend them to anyone!

Generosity overall was the best choice for the needs of my home.
JT was very informative regarding the services & warranty Generosity provides vs. others. When other foundation companies gave their assessment, the depth they dig sometimes was half of what Generosity will (saying the soil in this neighborhood won't allow to go deeper) to make your home stable. Generosity went more than double the amount of what one of the other foundation company's max depth!
Sarah was very professional, understanding and communicative regarding an agreed upon start date. Sarah was also informative when the work began, providing an at the moment status in the process and offering what-to-expect once your house is leveled scenarios. The weather (it has rained every day this summer)permitted the workers to be done in 2 days! The workers were professional and possessed a positive demeanor while working in such very hot conditions. They were awesome!
Only downfall, Generosity only does Foundation Repair.

This review is late since I had my foundation repair done November 2020. I contacted Generosity when I started to notice that I had issues with the foundation. Thomas came out to take a look. He was very professional, and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Generosity made the entire process painless and easy. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an assessment done on their foundation.

Ben can out to the house and gave us his honest feedback and recommendations. He wasn't trying to sell anything but simply be a resource, it was refreshing. Great experience!
