As soon as possible I would love for a store manager to call me. There was a fraudulent access to my account from this location, and you have no phone number to contact which is absolutely asinine for a phone provider. 2 purchases were made on my account and picked up at your store, filing a police report would be my first move and checking video surveillance.

Went in to see if they could help us get my boys fixed phone re activated for us and help getting it synced. Stephanie and Im sorry the lady that was helping her too were great. The only thing I didnt care for was the 29.99 fee . Anyway its fixed and my boy is happy. Thank you
