I recently requested a home inspection and, afterwards, went thru the report with a fine-tooth comb.
In the electrical section, Daniel had said that 3 out of 4 outlets were not GCFI protected.
Given my immense knowledge, learned from YouTube U., I questioned (to myself) how that could be?
When one is GCFI, the others should follow, sez my learnings.
So, I did the expert thing, and got a 2nd opinion and sure enough, the others were not grounded!
If Daniel hadnt pointed that out, I could have run the risk of seriously injuring someone - maybe worse.
I wouldnt be able to live with myself after that.

Overall amazing experience. I was able to get an appointment set up after conventional work hours. Daniel the inspector shifted things around in his schedule to make time for my inspection. The feedback in person was very informative & the report sent after had a lot of details along with videos to demonstrate exactly what he was seeing. His inspection helped me make the decision not to go with the purchase. Will be using him for any future home inspections I may need.
