What happened to the friendly employees at this location? 4 stars for food, 0 stars for service this morning. At the drive thru window the server accidentally spilled coffee on me and the inside of my door and the outside of the window and side of my car. Seems like the lid was loose on the coffee cup. She didn't apologize to me, maybe because she was embarassed, why I don't know. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager said I'm sure the server didn't spill the coffee on purpose. How rude!! Of course she didn't do it on purpose, I just wanted the server to apologize to me. The manager said I'll apologize for her and did. If I spilled coffee on a customer I'd be apologizing immediately. I even had to ask for napkins to wipe the coffee off my arm and the inside of the car door. Also, someone had said before I drove to the window to pick up my order that she comes every day or almost everyday. I don't know if they were talking about me or not. If they were talking about me they'll never see me ever again. I bet the owners of McDonald's really likes it when people stop by almost every day.

The girl taking my order and the girl giving it to me had terrible customer service. The order take said first thing on the speaker "what can i get you" very monotone and the girl giving my order didnt even say anything to me, handed me my drink and closed the window, then handed me my food and closed the window. Not to be a karen but wow. Terrible. 04/04/2024 2:45pm order 1338.
