Overall negative experience with sales and mortgage. They overcharged me.
Pulte does this day in day out and the final closing documents had amounts wrong and appropriate credits not applied correctly.
I also have another family in this scheme face this so this seems to be Pulte's modus operandi.
They are math poor so be careful on their numbers. Their mortgage agents also need rigorous training.
I am considering going to small claims to seek difference This is intentional harassment and monumental fraud as this has been done with multiple residents in this community by Pulte.
No wonder how many residents would have paid higher costs and never got that settled.
