      Todd Steele LMT bases your therapy on the concepts of myofascial trigger points and Anatomy Trains' 12 continuous lines of muscle/fascia. He observes your posture for imbalances that strain your body and accelerate aging if left unattended. He examines where you want relief and treats tight bands of muscle. Improved posture, health, freedom of movement, and reduced or eliminated pain enhance quality of life. Although not certified in Anatomy Trains, clients tell him he achieves significant improvements. Your problems will likely return because of habits of how you use your body. Steele recommends frequent daily self-care and teaches stretches and the use of tools like a lacrosse ball. They add to and maintain your results from each session.

      image Ive been going to Todd for a little over 2 years now. I went to him while I was pregnant and after birth. I had a lot of back pain after my pregnancy to the point where Ill silently cry. I cant thank Todd enough for all he has done for me. He slowly ease my pain and has showed me a lot of stretches. I will continue to go with him and have recommend my family to him. They give him a 10/10. If youre thinking of booking that appointment. DO IT!

      Thank you, Yessi; I appreciate your continued presence in my massage practice.Pregnancy is hard work, 24/7, and most women say that the hardest part comes after the baby has arrived.The year of child-bearing creates new muscle and joint problems because pregnancy, in spite of its rewards, causes repetitive strain injuries. If you have lingering joint and muscle pain, trigger point therapy and myofascial release can make big differences in your health and comfort. I've met and worked with women who still have back pain where they received an epidural injection 30 years ago, and it can be cleared up.

      Hey Karen! Thank you very much! As long as it has been since your last session, I’m guessing you must be doing your self care stretches. Still, getting massage consistently keeps you headed in the right direction. It doesn’t have to be every week, maybe once a month or every six weeks.
