image I cant say enough good things about Fort Worth Snoring and Sleep Center. They were able to almost completely stop my snoring and sleep apnea.

image I heard about Dr. Conditt from a friend and made an appt to see if they could treat my face/jaw pain. They got me right in, talked me through the evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, cost, follow up... everything. Their whole team is friendly, communicative, and thorough, but best of all, the mouth piece they made for me really helps!
Thankful for Dr. Conditt, his team, and the friend that referred me there!

image First of all the sleep study is definitely not accurate and by today's standards I consider it outdated. Once you are a patient they won't answer your phone calls. They only like to text. Things for me here started out great but the two ladies need some customer service skills. It continually went down hill for me. The last sleep study wasn't accurate. The breathing device only recorded a hour and she says they are ok with that. I've moved on to a actual sleep doctor and my sleep study was way more detailed and more accurate. This is people's health y'all are dealing with. How can the sleep studies be so different? After $5000 I've moved on and beyond happy I did. After all the last words and texting you would think Dr Conditt would be concerned on losing patients and giving bad customer service. I fell for the sales pitch and should of listened to my gut. Be smart and go to a actual sleep doctor for your healths sake.

image I'll start here with the good. The people who run this business are very friendly and polite. There's no doubt about that. They are transparent about their business model, but their business model is basically to act as a "middleman" or broker, if you will, to a much larger organization in another state.
They do not do in-office sleep studies. If you need one of those, they send you somewhere else. They also do not evaluate the in-home sleep studies. They have another company that does that. They don't provide PAP machines themselves. They have a 3rd party that does that. They don't do any kind of surgery for sleep apnea. They have someone else that they'll refer you to. They don't do much of anything that I can see except pass the buck onto another company that you'll never see.
If you are ok with that, this is the place for you. Personally I don't need a broker to set everything up for me to get someone I'll never meet to tell me I have a sleep disorder. There are other sleep doctors out there that actually do the work and not pass it off to someone else.

image Extremely upset about the service i received here. I was sent due to a TMJ issue for a work comp claim. Due to the fact I have no say in payment, i was treated in a very discriminatory mannor. I was treated like I had done something wrong, because his appliance didn't work.
I was made an appliance that did help the face pain a tiny bit, but what is mostly did was chip my front teeth, and make them mobile as well. Ive also had a spine surgery which makes my clenching extream. I also have a dis located left tmj disc. After months of the appliance making my dental problems worse, Dr.Conditt basically told me I was a lost cause and couldn't help me. He originally said the appliance was to try and aviod jaw surgery or braces. However he will not send a professional referral to a surgeon or orthodontist. The referral he sent reads... and i quote "i would be surprised actually if you or any other surgeon would want to treat this pt at this time?" I posted a pic of the referral as well. Extremely unprofessional. If your tactics could not fix my problem there is absolutely no reason i can't ask for a referral. For it to be sent in such an unprofessional manner trying to keep me from getting help is absolutely unacceptable. This will be reported appropriately. There is a standard to medical care. I dont feel it is met here.
UPDATE THE REFERRAL WAS NEVER REDONE LIKE SAID BY Owner in response to my review. Instead now ive been told they will be releasing me as a pt due to my google review!! Watch out for this fraud. Unless you want to experience broken teeth and pt abandonment, stay clear of this office
