My family reached out to his office about 2.5 years ago for an estate settlement. The deceased had a home, 2 cars and 2 retirement accounts. No one in the family was disputing the settlement so it was very straight forward. As of the time of this review, the estate still isn't settled. He doesn't respond to email or voicemail, he doesn't provide updates and as you can see by the time this has taken, he is not efficient. I wasn't part of the decision to use Joe but I hope he charged a flat fee because if he is hourly, I'm sure he is going to bill for hours I'm certain he didn't work.

Joe was nice and helpful. He took the time to look over my information and told me what I need to do and that I could to on my own. He didn't charge me anything. He is amazing and honest! We need more attorneys like him. I would recommend Gonzalez Law PLLC
