At the recommendation of my neighbor I reached out via telephone and left a message. 4 days and no response or acknowledgment. My wife left 2 messages after that. 3 days and no response or acknowledgment.
Mr Baker, your customer service is nonexistent. While this may be a busy time for your services, alienating potential clients can certainly effect your business when it gets slow. Word of mouth is advertising no amount of money can buy.
A simple 3-5 minute return phone call wouldve earned the business both present and future.

UPDATE: One year after the initial tree trimming and shaping I reached out to Baker Landscape to quote some follow up trimming. Got quotes for two levels of service, but nothing since (including no reply to follow up call). Feeling Ghosted. Sadly I cannot recommend Baker as a reliable source any longer.
We bought a property with a yard that had been neglected for 2-4 years. Bob and his crew did WAY more than trim the tree. They shaped and thinned them so some grass will grow under them. They did an excellent job trimming back an ash tree to allow room for the live oak next to it room to grow. Clean up was good. Results were outstanding. Price was right.

I have used Baker a few times and they have done GREAT and so friendly and professional....AND as everyone wants to really know that price was very fair. Bob is a Great guy and easy to work with. I highly recommend these guys!!!

Bob did an amazing job taking out 6 trees and We would highly recommend him to anyone. He was very affordable.
