Please do not go, even if you go do not go to an Asian lady with glasses, she is very harsh on trimming the sides and she trimmed one side too much and she cannot fix it. I have complained that am not comfortable as she is not professional but other coworkers did not listed to me either. Am not going here again

Great clips Justin Rd Flower Md location is new shop. Went there for mens cut Wed. 3/27.24 930am. Eester the haircutter put a 4 in gash in my neck with electric trimmer. I yelled in pain, Hannah the manager 10 ft away could of cared less. Being Korean, she spoke only a few words English. Great Clips corporate may NOT be aware that the Regional Mgr hired someone like this. Retrain please. I will never be back to this location. Otherwise Eester did a good job considering we couldnt communicate. TimK Highland Vill.

Even though this shop is further from my home, the cut I got was perfect! I have now made it my favorite. I'll be back!
