      image Room was in really bad shape..the outside of the hotel is unique. The pictures online look nothing like the inside of the rooms. Holes in the carpet and the walls..heavily stained carpet..very weird breakfast as well

      image Nice pool and exercise room that was highly utilized by the significant number of military residents. Things you might expect you wont find here, no tissues on site, no (free) coffee in the lobby. Room was smaller than normal. No continental breakfast. Restaurant $ on site just serves what passes for complimentary elsewhere.

      image The hotel is messy not in the sense of cleanliness but the layout is chaotic, if it rains you need an umbrella to walk to your room( because its an open design). The breakfast isnt included, which is mind boggling this just makes your hotel less attractive. We have about 70 plus people from our company staying here, and due to the no breakfast included well definitely make sure that our business goes elsewhere next time. You can always just portion breakfast for how many people are in your hotel, service is king and you have none ps. Ive been here for 3 days now and my room hasnt been cleaned

      image Ive been a long term guest at this hotel and either its excellent or very bad. I been here on and off since October 2023. The biggest complaint I have is housekeeping. If they have a large group they will totally ignore loyal IHG diamond guests. I stay here because its a full service hotel. Ive talked to Ivn about this and he tells me he cant get to it. Loyalty used to go along way. Ivan needs to fix this issue. This is unacceptable and if it continues I will go somewhere else. My choice is to stay at the holiday inn. They need to fix their housekeeping issues because they are understaffed.While their regular staff is a very good group.
      Rooms: Rooms are being renovated, along with the hotel.Some rooms are missing furniture.
      Safety: Lou and Manny do a great job at night.
      Food & drinks: Great breakfast service. Mathew does a superb job.Priscilla and Faith outstanding.
