Tyler's Renovations was used through Home Advisors and they took me for $36,000 and did not complete any of the original estimate, assaulted me when City Permit Inspector advised they did not meet city code and had not pulled a permit. When I complained about the roof deck not meeting the 1/4" slope per foot and stilled leaked to the 2nd floor, Frank Sponchia assaulted me. I have a police report for that. Do not use this vendor as new contractor has documented they did not use correct materials on any of work outside. They used interior supplies for exterior work, broke my HVAC top, and about $2500 worth of inside crystal, pictures, and left my house in a wreck. Do not use this vendor. They will screw you and run away when you call their hand after he took the money. I have a civil lawsuit moving forward on Home Advisors for recommending him and Tyler's Renovations for non-performance.
