I have been a resident of Dickinson for many years and am familiar with the issues this complex has had. Poor management is what has led to their troubles. I spoke with their office today 8/1/2017, and was told that they are aware of the issues and poor reviews and that the complex is under new management, that they are in the process of restructuring and renovations, getting rid of the problem causing residents, and that they are doing their best to bring this complex back up to par. Only time will tell. 12/11/22 Update..complex has been condemned. Tear down is imminent.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!
These apartments are so terrible the city condemned them on 11/30/22 due to the owners not repairing numerous things. We haven't had hot water in almost 2 months yet as of today they are still renting out units. We have to be out of here by Jan 1st 2023 the city is going 5o tear them down and these crooks are still trying to get our rent money

Because I cant give a zero star Ill leave a 1 but this apartment complex is run by slumlords who only care about money not their tenants. The city of Dickinson shut them down as of Nov 30th but theyre in denial. They still wanna put people in harms way and charge them. My apartment caught fire on 11/8 due to their lack of fire preparedness we lost everything and they still wanna charge me my rent up til May when my lease expires. Do not go here. Youll be in misery.
