If you are thinking about bringing your children here, please read this review. DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND 4+ HOURS WAITING. IT IS COMPLETELY OUTRAGEOUS. Theres too many doctors around to go to. DONT ACT LIKE YOUR TIME IS MORE VALUABLE THAN MINE. Awhile back, there were other nurse practitioners in the office so it wasnt as slow but Dr. Cline fired them all and its just Dr. Cline now taking every patient. She books a million people back to back in a day and has you wait HOURS to be seen. I spent 4 hours waiting to be seen in the small overly crowded waiting area with a sick baby. Also, the staff is unexceptionally unprofessional and could care less about you and your childs needs. Ive had multiple occasions where Ive had issues with them due to their unprofessional and unethical abilities. Just yesterday, I called with 2 very simple requests. I needed to know if my child was up to date with his shots and then needed a copy of his shot records as well. When I called, I was placed on hold for them to go check in the back with the staff. I was on hold for about 10 minutes and then the line was disconnected. I called back immediately, and was told they were going to connect me with who I just spoke to. I was on hold for 8 minutes, and by this time I was already in the parking lot of the doctors office. When I walked in, there was no one in the waiting area, and 2 staff ladies at the front desk sitting on their phones. Doing absolutely nothing. When I told her who I was, she just looked at me dumbfounded. Like she didnt know I was on hold this whole time. She explained I was on hold because they had to check in the back and they were very busy. When I gave her my childs name, the other staff lady said Oh yeah hes up to date as shes sitting there on her phone. This is a PERFECT EXAMPLE and the EXACT REASON as to why I was there requesting the shot records in the first place. I have moved my child to a new primary doctor now.

I've been taking my kids to Dr Cline their entire lives until my son turned 18 two years ago and Cline has been my daughter's only pedi. Dr. Cline is beyond thorough when she is with her patients and parents. I have never felt rushed in any appointment no mater how many questions I had, and I had a lot with a son that has autism. I have had to sit and wait a while in the waiting room, but it's always been worth it and I tell myself there are other worried parents with questions and concerns. I also want to say her nurse practitioners have always been top notch as well. My daughter had such a caring and nurturing nurse today. I will always refer parents to this office.

Just waited over an hour and still was not seen. The staff is very insensitive, incompetent and ghetto. They could care less that we had arrived early and had been waiting for over an hour, as we were waiting all we heard were the staff talking badly about other staff members. Dr. Cline is ok but she is extremely slow. We will be finding a better Dr. Im sure this establishment wont be around any longer. Remember, they do not care about your time or your child, I arrived TWENTY MINUTES before my appointment, and waited for 1hr and 12 minute. When I finally said Ill just reschedule, they werent like we apologize for the inconvenience, just a few more minutes nothing! The overweight nurses aid, said yea ok lol I kid you not! Ive tried supporting my own peoples establishment but this is how youll be treated! Fair Warning
Responseyea Im sure you will, you were standing right there as we walked out, didnt turn to say anything to us, my kid has been with this office for 5 years, still disgusted at what transpired, wont be coming back! We both know you could care Dr.Cline.
