The receptionist here is terrible, and doesn't know how to speak to people. Rude, short, and one of the most unpleasant experiences I've had calling anyone. She seemed exasperated and inconvenienced after I mentioned what I was calling about, gave an extremely sarcastic "ookkaaay, so what do you need help with." I already mentioned exactly what we needed, I'm not an attorney so if there was any other information she needed she should have asked politely and professionally. Stop being annoyed with potential clients, especially those calling to seek help. After speaking to an attorney she did offer the names of other attorneys who would be able to help us, but please get this person some customer service training.

it is a humiliation strolling into court with Sherri Evans doesn't appear to know what shes doing,stutters to much doesn't have the foggiest idea how to finish up paper work from court got no kind of regard from the appointed authority I exceptionally don't suggest this firm too anybody I was provided one cost estimate a charge triple the sum for her equitable to show a had nothing to say I have the by a long shot the most terrible experience ever with this firm.
