        I had a wonderful experience at my first class this morning. Jennifer was warm and kind from the moment I entered the studio. Her class was awesome! Her tone of voice, intentional and invitational language, cues, music, and sequencing allowed for an empowering and refreshing practice. It was one of the best yoga classes I have been since I began my yogic journey years ago. Thank you, Jennifer!

        Gah! I've finally found my yoga home-away-from-home! I lived and breathed Practice Yoga Austin when I was in ATX, and was afraid I'd never find such skillful alignment based vinyasa in Dallas, but alas, HERE IT IS at Uptown Yoga.
