The kindest women who are honest and genuinely there to help clients feel better about themselves, Erica and Kiki are absolutely lovely, helpful, and don't push any sales. They are truthful and want the client to feel good about herself independent of her buying a wig or not. Very unusual in this business. They are exceptional and very much worth a visit!

I would not recommend, especially for new wig or topper wearers. The woman that helped me was kind but very inexperienced. I ended up spending $1200 on a topper that I now realize is poor quality. It was not hand sewn and the parting gives the topper away. I did not know what to ask and assumed that Bravadas would guide me and help me. If you are new to wigs or toppers, be sure to do your research to know what to ask and what to look for in a piece. They may have great hair but I was not sold a great piece. Also, when returning 6 months later with the compliant that the front of my topper was loosing hairs the main woman told me we dont fix that and turned and walked away. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service experience that I received.

The woman working today around noon was rude and aggressive (seemed to be in a terrible mood). Something about her just didnt sit right with me and she wasnt helpful at all. You would think for a store that usually services cancer patients (such as myself) they would have a little more compassion and sympathy. I was hoping to buy a wig to help me feel normal again but she ruined the experience for me. I bought the wig on a discount last year at the beginning of treatment for $600 and tried getting the same one this year but now its $2300. That is way to expensive for a wig that only lasted me one year. I will not be coming back or recommending this to any other cancer patients I know.

My experience was horrific. the women are unfriendly and rude beyond belief . I had an appointment for a wig as a Cancer patient. one other customer also a cancer patient. they were snappy harsh and basically threw the wig in my hands and said this is what we have .. I had been in the shop years ago with another friend and she was treated the same way and left in tears.... Shame on you! and I dont think the human hair wig I purchased is even human hair!
