I just had the most bizarre experience. I called Allegiance title to have an attorney help us with the title and closing documents; however, the person who picked up the phone told us we can just use the sellers attorney... As in... using the lawyer that has the best interest of the SELLER as the BUYERS attorney?? That's like getting sued.. and using the suing attorney as your attorney... who's interest do you think they have in mind? What in the world?
