I was excited about the new management when I realized there was a sudden and complete change of the staff, and had a really good first experience with the young woman who manages this location now. That was the only good experience though, and I realize its because her boss was there. That is the only time that she is friendly. You dont get a hello. You dont even get a glance from her as she asks for your last name and sends you to your room. Shes very talkative to her boss, flirtatiously explaining how Hugh Hefner is god, and its a religion for her and her coworker. I felt uncomfortable listening to the conversation. Ive canceled my membership because for 60 plus a month, I feel that I should get a hello at the very least.

Liked the convenience of this place, but OMG the staff is so RUDE! Why go here when there are other places that have a great, friendly staff to EVERYONE that walks in this establishment. This is a big corporation-- not a mom and pop store. Therefore, instead of spending so much time in meetings, and emails why don't you spend that time and energy hiring a good staff that makes you happy that you spent an outrageous amount of money on a tan. Whoever is the regional manager, you have failed. Will never go back. By the way, there are too many people that need jobs and are willing to work. No need to have rude women who are the face of the company because currently it has an UGLY FACE.

Ive been salon tanning on and off my whole adult life.This PBT location is hands down the best all around! Love the staff, beds, cleanliness and amenities. I have read the negative employee reviews (which sound sketchy) and again PBT handled each one professionally. Look no further. This is the place!
