I subscribed to this software for an event I organized a few years ago. It was challenging to use but I did get some good assistance from the company while I set it up. The support at the time was invaluable. The platform was easy to use once I got the hang of it. Since then however, my experience has been very different. Even though I was not using the software anymore, they continued to try and bill me. Despite multiple requests to stop they continued to bill me. I have invested many hours in writing emails and requesting my account to be terminated but to no avail. I get long winded descriptions of how to navigate my way through their program to cancel the account yet still it doesnt stop. They are still trying to charge my credit card years after the event. I would strongly recommend not using this company as any integrity they had with me has been lost.
