Edited: my problem was resolved and I haven't seemed to have any issues since... depending on how the rest of my business with this company goes it shall retain a 4 star until I no longer use them. If it continues to go smoothly I'll upgrade to a 5 star review upon no longer using them. I appreciate you guys taking care of my issue but I don't like the fact it took over a week to get the issue resolved, thus rendering 1 week of money going to waste.

if I could give zero stars i would. I've tried contacting the property manager for almost two weeks about an alleged after hour access on Oct 14th and have never received a call back or an explanation. I was given 14 days notice to vacate for something I didn't even do and I just had a baby on the forth and my husband is in jail so I have very little help. this is not a storage unit you want to rent because they falsely evict without explanation!!!!
