I usually do not write reviews, but this experience was too good not to share. Certified Roofing and Construction (CR&C) replaced the roof on our house, garage and replaced an exterior door damaged during a recent storm. Sam, Jaycee, and Addie at CR&C were responsive, professional and truly customer focused. Their attention to detail was something you don't normally see anymore and made the entire experience enjoyable. Need roof or exterior construction work? In 2019 I had enough damage over the years to the roof on my home. My home is in Dallas TX, and we periodically get hail, heavy winds and sleet. All of this damages a roof, and I ended up with missing shingles, soft roof deck sections, and just a poor looking roof all around. I contacted CR&C and Sam was able to help me work with my insurance, select replacement roofing materials, and then get the roof replaced. It took approximately two days to complete, and they did a great job while making sure everything was clean and neat when they where done. I highly recommend Certified Roofing and Construction. I highly recommend Certified Roofing and Construction. Issac came out to my home in Colorado in the freezing temperatures and snow when my roof was leaking so bad I had a waterfall in my kitchen and bath. He did it quickly and efficiently and I have nothing but praise for this company for their quality of work and ethics. I will never have to look for another roofer.
