I just watched a driver use a company Tundra to double park in a busy strip, and then toss a tow warning on the ground before speeding off. Its disheartening to see that this littering is representative of the companys regard to cleanliness and the consideration of others.

We had a leak in our roof dripping into the master bathroom, and first met with another roofing company that, for some reason, couldn't find the leak. Then a friend recommended Lon Smith. Matt came out to our home for a second opinion and was able to locate that leak just by looking at it. We left the hose running on the suspected spot, and within an hour, we realized he was right on. His guys came to seal it within a few days, and it hasn't been a problem since. It was efficient and the price is comparable to the other place that never finished the job. Very pleased with our new roof. Lon Smith also served as contractors for new gutters, chimney cap and fence painting. I was impressed with the quality of work for all these projects. There was a small issue with our hot water heater and the inspector missed it but once I informed the office staff and our sales rep of what happened they made it right immediately.

My experience working with Lon Smith Roofing was very professional and enjoyable. The quote process was transparent and quick. My sales representative was open and honest about my options. The installation process was seamless. There was an inspector onsite and available throughout the process to ensure I had all my questions answered and the job was being done correctly. The only negative was there was some trash and nails left on my patio cover which eventually made it's way into my yard that I had to clean up; very minor.
