I have a funny story about the owner of Oakwood Properties, Steve. Once I was applying for a job there and when I got done, my car would not start. Steve spent about an hour checking it out, trying to jump start it, and finally we figured it was out of gas. By the time Steve went to the gas station to get some gas and we got it started, he gave me $50 to fill up my tank. He had spent most of the morning helping me and I will never forget it.

Steve has saved me a lot of money over the years. I have never lost money on any of his deals, and usually did quite well. I hope to do business with him again soon.

Steve is an excellent analyst and knows the multifamily real estate business better than anyone I know. He has been very helpful with our investment decisions. Excellent common sense and keeps us out of problem areas.
