        This is an beautiful place to live. With an amazing view of the Dallas skyline, easy access to highway 30, 35, and 75. And within minutes from Bishop Arts and Trinity Grove's, only an idiot won't want to live here. Prices range from the $300,000 to the $600,000. But considering that it's within walking distance from the hospital, a 3 minute ride in train to downtown, and within 100 yards of a beautiful park. I would say it's worth it. And considering the city plans to build a park bigger than Central Park in NY, alongside the Trinity river. It would be stupid not to move in. I'm not 100% sure if there are units available, but if they are, stop thinking about it and buy it. You won't regret it. If you do regret it. Then the city life is not for you.
