The Collins Company

Our business received a call from a "Kevin" with the The Collins Company. He was very rude and asked for the owner by name, pretending to know him. Our owner was on the phone and said he did not know any Kevin. When I returned to the call to relay the message, he said, tell him its Kevin, he will take my call. When I repeated he was on another call, then he said just give me his cell number. When I said I would not, he got very rude. Then I asked for his number and he hung up.

I just received a call from ‘Chris’ who said, very rudely and hostile, ‘This is Chris, give me . I said ‘I’m sorry he’s not in, can I take a message please’? He said ‘This is Chris, are you sure he’s not in’? I was really thrown off at how rude this person was talking but said ‘No Sir, he’s not in, I can take a message’. Chris said ‘Give me his cell phone number’. I said ‘I’m sorry, who are you with’? We both repeated the same questions expect Chris now said ‘Just give me his cell number’. I asked what company he was with and he raised his voice ‘Collins Company’ which I quickly googled. I saw what kind of company it was and knew there isn’t anything we would have to do with them. ‘Chris’ was rude from the moment I answered the phone. Apparently, from the other reviews, this company has a habit of treating the people that answer the phone poorly.

I just got a call from a guy named Brian that is not at all unlike the others below. He called asking for the owner by name and said he had an appointment with him at noon. It was 11:49 and Brian asked me what time it was. When I told him the owner was not in the office, he became frustrated with me and asked that I go look for him since he had a noon appointment. I attempted to transfer him but of course the absent owner did not pick up. When I returned to the call to offer to transfer Brian to the owner's cell phone, Brian heard my voice, sighed loudly and hung up the phone.

Our business received a call from this company (at least he said he was with The Collins Company) from a guy that was talking in a threatening manor. Wanting to speak to someone at our office, I said they were unavailable but I could help, he lied saying her just spoke to her... little did he know, he was talking to one of the owners.. lol
