I lived here in 2017-18 and got evicted for slow rent (our fault for medical reasons). We ended up owing $4,000+ and it went to our credit, of course. I called to pay it and was told by a person in management to pay it through the online system, which she gave me access to. The only problem is, they NEVER reported the payment to the credit agency or the debt collections agency. I went in to the office and got a receipt printed, but due to the fact that it says for deposit and fees, the collections agency won't remove it as paid and no one, not even the collections company can get in touch with management. I've called and sent MULTIPLE emails.. even asked for a refund so I can pay the agency directly. Management before this currently lady was an absolutely joke. Maricella I think her name was, kept horrible records. I'm just trying to get my account updated because we can't move anywhere until we have a zero balance

Getting hold of them is next to impossible & there is no enforcement of rules. Horribly frustrating.

Monticello properties are people friendly. Also, their there to help you with your adventures moving to a new home. Pet friendly, too.

If I could have given NO STARS I would’ve! This place is past horrible! They discriminate and retaliate against residents. They lie on you, and try to rob working people for money. They never call you back or answer the phone. The only reason I believe I finally got a call back was because I stated on the voicemail I would be taking legal action. STAY FAR AWAY FROM MONTICELLO AND ANYTHING THAT DEALS WITH THEM!!! This company is a total joke. I will be taking every legal action necessary about my case because I want what’s right and the truth I will reach out to your president Nancy B Blackburn or whoever I need to talk to. I was wrongfully evicted, and this is fraudulent!
