SUMMARY: DON'T GO WITH THIS REALTOR! YOU'LL LOSE MONEY, FOR SURE. I called Ebby Lake Highlands office for a realtor to sell my house and they referred me to Larry. My house is located in the area in a very hot market. At first Larry seemed working normally and nice. 1. But then I found out later that he was taking a buyer to my house on multiple occasions WITHOUT informing me. They were doing measurements on my house. 2. In addition, he delayed getting my check to me and caused me making two empty trips while making empty promises to me that he would leave the check in the office, but he didn't. 3. Worse, he was advising and pressuring me to lower my price during negotiation. I later learned that I shouldn't lower my price at all since it's a seller's market. I told him I didn't want to sell any more and I wanted to move back because it would save me money, but he instead told me I had to sell. In a word, I feel he was not working for me, he was working for the buyer and doing things behind my back. Terrible!
