Their Property Crossway Apartments is where I had the issue. UNSANITARY and UNINHABITABLE!!!! This corporate office does not respond and they don't care about the tenants. At Crossway Apartments in Arlington, TX I never actually got to move in. My stuff got to stay in a roach infested apartment for a week. Mind you, not only were roaches crawling around the apartment, they were in the refrigerator as well. This makes the apartment unsanitary, unsafe and inhabitable. When I asked for a new apartment and I was told they didn't have anymore Apartment's, this was on a Monday. They told me my only option was into stay in the model Apartment for a week. They have German roaches at this complex along with other bugs. German roaches are the hardest to get rid of. After talking with two people who run buildings, I was told by both it takes a month at least to get rid of German roaches. The week in the model wasn't going to help. Since that was the only thing they could do and it wasn't suitable for the solution. I planned to move out. Mind you even though they gave me an uninhabitable apartment and they didn't have any other apartments. They said me not living there would be me breaking the lease. They broke the lease when they didn't give me a safe place to live. The people in the office like to play games especially the manager. He expects you to leave work at his convince to talk to him. The ladies there will pretend to not speak English if they think they can get away with it. I had to bring a friend who speaks Spanish just for that reason. On Friday I went to take my stuff out of the roach infested apartment and I went to the office to speak with the manager. He miraculously found an empty apartment. However that apartment wouldn't be ready until Monday. I told him I wouldn't sign another lease if there were bugs in the other apartment. He said he had the people cleaning the apartment checking. When I went on Monday to see the apartment. There was a bug crawling in the refrigerator. So not just one Apartment but two have infested refrigerators. I am still waiting for them to give me back my money and terminate the first lease as they couldn't give me a safe and sanitary place to live. Don't bother going to Granite Redevelopment's website. The phone number is checked by the people in the front office. And they're also the people who call you back. The address is to a whole other complex that they own. So if you send a letter, it doesn't actually get delivered because Granite Redevelopment doesn't actually have an office in that other complex. This entire property is a complete and total rip off. They just want your money and don't care what type of environment you have to live in. I also have a 8min video documenting the amount of roaches and bugs that were still crawling around after 12 bug foggers and pest control had been in the apartment.

Do not rent from this property . They have plumbing issues and also the office mgr. Martha tell you lie after lie. She schemes anyone out of money for any reason in these apartments. They tow your car for any reason just to get extra money out of you. They half fix anything that goes wrong g in your apartment. My apartment flooded 7 times in 2 mths of me living here. On the weekend if you have a maintenance emergency they give the emergency number to certain individuals mainly the Hispanic . If you call the emergency number that’s on your Lease agreement I promise you they will not answer that number that’s on your lease. When trying to reach the main office (Granite Redeployment ) they never answer or return your phone call if they have ever had a issue with you.
