Warning for everyone who even start thinking do anything with them. Sana the owner of company is most aggressive mean and rude person. Never fix any problems in house, Screaming At people crossing properties without permission, lying she didn’t receive payments just trying get fee as late fee, never give you Down payment back,Same with dog deposit, make you pay for fix problems like if you need new whasher or oven she ask you pay for.... she kept my money even I clean house perfectly included paint house .carpet was heavenly destroy before we move d in what we get at lease and she charge us for carpet cleaning/after move out she throw out and replace with wood flor/we had possums , snakes at backyard and in the house as weel, damege fancies and we have to fixed them.... basically after we moved out she did remodeling for our money and put house for sale. Nice....stay away!!!!!and more- where those 4stars come from???? It’s ridiculous Old website disappeared with several complaints not even one was good one.i guess they just build new one and here we go...that’s how 4stars becomes.... how disgusting !
