I met Dan Franklin many years ago when I was the host of The Homebuyer Helper Show on AM 1190 KGBS in Dallas Texas. In my initial interview with him I was astounded that he had been buying homes all around the DFW Metro area for a few years and closed many of his deals at the very same Title companies that I used. This gave me the ability to check him out right off the bat with other professionals and they all told me the exact same things that I have found to be true. Dan is a professional, honest, informed straight shooter who constantly tries to pay the most he can to the folks from whom he buys homes. He figures that his reputation for fairness will always proceed him, and it most certainly does that! I have worked with him on many transactions and the Sellers always feel that they got the best treatment possible. I know that when Dan says "I'll pay you more!" he means it and almost always can do it.

I was trying to figure out how to get out of the possible foreclosure of my house and a friend texted me Mr Dan Franklin's phone number with the message - he wants to buy your house and doesn't even know it yet. So, I called and we played phone tag most of the day and I decided to try him the next day. Shortly after that, he called me again and we spoke about why I needed to sell the house. He came by that evening to look at the house and we signed the papers, then and there. We had one hiccup with the mortgage company dragging their feet, but everything Dan said he would do, was done in record time. He and all the people he works with are of the utmost integrity and he even made the whole process enjoyable! This is the 2nd house I have owned and every other time I have left the process hating everyone involved because of their inaction. Dan Franklin is the man to buy or sell your house. He gets it done, will get you everything you want (if at all possible), maybe even more than you ask for. I have already recommended Dan to a friend that needs to sell her place. He is the ultimate professional and can work wonders in the real estate market. He is a savior to me because he stepped in just before the mortgage company started foreclosure proceedings. My house was sold in a matter of days, and now when my parents get worse off, I can go directly to Ga to help them without the drama of having to sell my house while I am there.
