I met manuel the other day while I was dining at a restaurant with my family and for some reason he came over to talk to me and introduce himself. Everything was going well but he would not stop looking at my wife and it made me feel so uncomfortable.

Looking for a property to open a new business venture in Duncanville Texas. Spotted a property last month (December 2014) on Cedar Ridge and contacted Michael Zimmerman of Green Earth Realty for specs of the suite. Received a voicemail; therefore, I left a message. Michael returned my call in a timely fashion and inquired what type of business I planned to open. I describe the business and immediately he was resistant and advised me that the city wouldn't dare approve a business of this kind (first red flag). Instead of being polite and advise me to check with the city he was rude and obnoxious. You would have thought he had worked for the City himself and new all the rules and regulations that pertained to my business. Once he started to raise his voice and continued being adamant about the what the city would approve I politely stated I would obtain approval through the city and check back with him at a later date (End of conversation). Obviously he didn’t know it all because the city approved the business. Fast forwarded to yesterday (January 5, 2015). I left Michael Zimmerman a message in regards to viewing a suite for my business purposes. He returned my call about 2 hours later and I advised him that I had approval through the city for my business and wanted to view a particular suite under Green Realty. He stated “No” because I haven’t gotten approval through the city for my business in that particular shopping plaza. I stated that despite that, that would be my battle to handle with the city did he have an availability on Wednesday (January 7, 2015) to show the property. He immediately raises his voice and states, "No I am not coming out there for that, Im not leaving my office for that." At this point I told Michael to have a nice day and hung up the phone. Whether I had clearance from the city for this location or not it is the principle of the matter. You don’t know me nor do you know what businesses I own. There is always a professional way to handle a situation and this is a classic example of poor business behavior. To say the least I would never lease a property from Green Earth Realty. I do have options and Green Earth Realty is not the last property leasing company Earth nor is that suite the only option that is presented. In that event I want to thank Michael Zimmerman for such an experience which reminds that these are not the type of people /company I would want to build a report or do business with. Please take this as constructive criticism and enlist in business professionalism courses or you and your business will face many unnecessary obstacles. “Treat others as you would want to be treated”
