What can I say about this group of realtors? They have ALL the bases covered. When deciding to move into the city of Dallas (from the suburbs), the Local Resident crew stepped up. They gave us the education we needed to make the right purchase for our family...the first time. I hear story after story from my friends that write offer after offer with results that leave them disappointed...until they heed my advice and contact the Local peeps. We got the house that was right for us (off market), for an unbelievable price, in the area we wanted. Don't live in the city? Neither did we and they took care of that as well with getting us more than expected for our home in a very short amount of time...and they arranged our closings simultaneously. The team approach to their business was a great experience for me, the client, as there is always someone available to show property, do open houses, or just answer a question. With Local Resident, all the bases are covered. I'll use them again and again. Thanks guys.
