        Unless you live in Texas avoid this firm. Dunhill Partners took out a $33 million dollar loan from U.S. Bancorp and subsequently defaulted. All the while, a beautiful commercial property in a wealthy, upscale Hawai'i community became a run-down, dilapidated eyesore with multiple vacancies during Dunhill's leasehold. The remaining tenants of Hawai‘i Kai Shopping Center have suffered dearly due to Dunhill's determined effort to drive the property's value into the ground. The courts have stepped in, and thankfully, after nearly two decades of neglect, the property is in receivership.
