Carol, Jay, and Team at Robbins real-estate are absolute amazing. They are the only people i will trust when it comes to buying and selling my home. They're knowlege and experience is exceptional. It was like working with family. Since we were moving to Texas, we have a lot on our plate as it is, they made things so much easier for us. We won the first and only bid we put down. We only spent one weekend looking and found our perfect home. Everything went super fast. They even put me in touch with an amazing Loan Officer Katie who is every bit as phenomenal as Carol and Jay. All them is highly recommended and I will be using them again for all my real-estate needs. They really do make you feel like you are their #1 priority. Even with all their other clients, you feel like you are their only one.

Jay and his team were fantastic to work with. From the first interaction he was engaging, and even more importantly, honest. He was available for questions when needed and really knew the local housing market, which proved invaluable during our sale. Jay has truly been a joy to work with! The first time I worked with Jay Robbins Real Estate was in 2017 when I purchased my first home as a single woman. At that time I didn't work with Jay personally, but rather one of his agents and it was as seamless and easy a process as I could have hoped. When my house burnt down in 2020, my husband and I made the decision to sell the property as is rather than rebuilding. Though I was hounded daily by companies that advertised buying "run down" properties without the hassle I thought it was best to call my previous realtor to understand how to best go about the process. This time my call was returned by Jay personally and was told that he would come out and see my property and provide some insight and I would not need to commit to anything if I wanted to go a different route. After walking through the property he told me what I could expect process wise, the price I could expect to fetch, and so on. I was absolutely blown away and frankly I thought he was pulling my leg because it was far and away above anything I thought was possible. With that in mind my husband and I moved forward with Jay and the entire process took just days - one weekend total to be exact to get well above the asking price and we closed in just 7 days to a cash buyer. Jay was there every step of the way and was always available to reach. Once we decided to find a new build we reached out to Jay again and he's been invaluable to myself and my husband as we started on this new process, he's been at every meeting and has advocated for us while also providing some realistic feedback given the current climate in real estate. While we hope this new build will be our forever home if we ever find ourselves buying again he'll be our first call. I would recommend Jay without reservation to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Team Robbins goes above and beyond to help their clients with their real estate needs, they know how to get your house sold and help you find a home that's right for you. We should know, they've help us with 3 different real estate deals, not only with the sales, but also with the sound voice of experience and the support that is needed with the emotional aspects of buying and selling. They are the whole package!
