        They list the retail properties on all real estate websites to test the pulse of the buyers and finally sell it off-market to someone else with higher price. Don’t waste your time giving offers to them. You will never get the property even though you give the LOI with matching their asking price... all the best working with this group...

        THEY HOLD MY SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR 5 MONTHS We sold our business to another tenant and they told us they would refund the security deposit once the new tenant deposited their security deposit. It has been 5 months and I had to call them 2 or 3 times a week, literally like begging them to return MY money. Until now, I'm fed up and if they will not mail the check to me this Friday, I'll initiate a law suit against them. BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! I called the vice-president, the controller, the COO and all of them transfer me to another employee. I have people come to their office and they all hid in their offices and told the employee to lie for them, saying they were out for lunch. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!
