        If you're doing a lease transaction, he stalls at remitting your commission. I experienced this twice before leaving. Good luck if you ever get it. He offers one excuse after another as to why the delay in paying you. His accounting or accounts payable is horrible. At least that's who he is holding accountable in my situation with them. I've been trying for 5 months to get a small rental commission from him. Now he's ignoring all of my attempts to reach him. I guess Carl needs it more than I, who worked hard for it. No matter the amount of the commission, it's unethical.
