        The property manager, Lisa Walker is the most condescending, unprofessional person. Emails are completely unanswered and things only get done when requested over and over. Like the pics I shared…those things were just addressed after 16 months of emails from multiple residents. The poor management skills start at the top with Sandra G. And run all the way through the company. I do think it’s odd that they manage multiple properties in Dallas and there are only 2 reviews and they are both 5 star and one of them is from the owner of the landscaping company employed by ICI. So much more I could say…
