    It all depends who owns the property. 100 units and one person owns over 10% so let’s see how long until they all sell to Harwood and wipe it clean off the map. Do the legwork of researching the owner & inspecting the property (unit) before signing the rental agreement. Beware of the likely hood of that owner returning the original deposit at the end of the lease. If they didn’t return it to a past lessee ask why. By law wear & tear is not a reason to not return a deposit. Make sure they have a team of contractors on auto bill for minor and major repairs. Make sure the contractors are professional in their conduct as well as skill.
