We had complete remodel of our master bath. Dust was on everything throughout home. They came in and completely cleaned home from ceiling fans and drapes to carpet, mirrors, countertops, nick-nacks, everything. Great job for a fair price. We are having them do regularly monthly cleaning now.

Patricia is FABULOUS!!! We recently bought a home in Far North Dallas and we asked her to do an initial cleaning for us before we moved. We were not sure how clean the former owners had left the house, so we asked that Fresh Breeze clean it for us before our movers "did their thing". WOW!!! Patricia's services were fantastic. She said that she would arrive at 10 a.m. and guess what?? She arrived early! She thought that due to the size of our new house, the job would take 3 hours. FOUR HOURS LATER she was just doing the touch ups. FANTASTIC!! Patricia also pointed out a few little details to us about our appliances and little things that she had noticed. We now have not only a sparkling house, we have a bright and shiny new HOME. THANK YOU, PATRICIA. We highly recommend Fresh Breeze Cleaning Services. We are looking to have her clean our home on a regular basis now.

Patti and her team of professional and THOROUGH housekeepers are among the best I’ve ever found! I own two homes in Plano and they are run as AirBnb’s. Being an out of state owner, in GA, I depend on her and her team more than anything else! Many times we have same day check out and check in of guests between 11am and 4pm, and no way to add more time. She or her employee is there without me having to remind them of dates to clean, they help me by going through every item and detail of the home for functionality, missing items, broken items and turn my homes over with super professional diligence! She also sets up my welcome amenities for me including a personalized welcome sign for each guest! When your livelihood depends on repeat guests and 5 Star reviews with AirBnb, the cleaning is second to none! We just made Superhost status on our first review date! Every one of my guests lists the cleaning as immaculate, fantastic, perfect etc! When I have a need for replacement of an item, Patti will get it herself and I can simply reimburse her. If anything is needing attention with guest issues, she sends me immediate texts and clear photos. One time, we had a horrible experience requiring complete replacement of beds, linens, towels etc as the guests ruined them. Her assistance to get supporting photos for AirBnb’s resolution department provided me with full reimbursement of over $2500 PLUS, she accepted deliveries of replacement items, laundered new linens and towels, redid the bedding with mattress covers, sheets, comforters with duvets and pillows and coordinated a professional carpet cleaner and removed all ruined items for me from the home! What was like a nightmare was completely turned into an easy to handle situation, and we were up and accepting the next guest as scheduled, only 3 days later! Her prices are very good and very fair for all her team does for me!! You won’t go wrong here with Patti and her cleaning service!
