        This guy offered me $2.003 for my property. But it just closed to someone else ... for $60,000! He offers pennies on the dollar to try to get desperate people to sell him their land. then, he raises the price and sells it for significantly more. Please do NOT sell to this kind of person. He is ripping you off!!!
