I will never do business with this company again, highly unethical and very poor response times. Property was dirty and not maintained, very unprofessional owner. Steer clear and go elsewhere!

Greedy company, highly unprofessional realtors, dirty properties, not maintained and over priced. I rented a property which was never maintained by the company despite my many requests and complaints during the time I stayed there. The property was price gouged during the Freeze which was not only unfair and deceptive but also highly unethical.

Wors property management company we've worked with in the past 10 years. I am a property owner and not once did they check up on the property I would always find out about the issues directly from the tenents. All they did was collect money. Constent issues would go unaddressed. Tenents would park on the lawn, constantly damaged property and was never addressed.

Called this company today to get information on renting my house out. After speaking with the lady she told me that they were not open yet and that she would have to take a message and because they operate on mountain time. I live in Texas so I called at 9 am Central time. I tried to ask her a few questions about their company and she told me that this was not an answering service. She was completely unprofessional and told me that she would have someone contact me to which they never did. Personally I feel if this is how they treat people trying to rent out their properties I could only imagine how they treat their renters calling for properties. I would not recommend this company to anyone
