I've lived in my apartment for over a year now and absolutely love it here. It's cozy and my puppy loves my neighbor. Aside from those facts, management and staff have always been super friendly to me. They know us by name and are very warm to us.

I LEARNED ABOUT THIS COMPANY TODAY 12/12/2017 AFTER GOING THRU WHAT I HAD DO TO FILL OUT AN APPLICATION FOR AN APARTMENT. GET MONEY ORDERS ETC. THE APARTMENT AGENT TAKES PICS OF MY CAR. SHOWS THE PICS TO HER SUPERVISOR. SHE COMES BACK AND TELLS ME. SHE'S SORRY. I CANT GET THE APARTMENT BECAUSE MY CAR HAS SOME OXIDATION ON THE HOOD AND ROOF OF MY CAR...NO DENTS MIND YOU. ITS AND OLD CAR THAT RUNS GOOD. THE INTERIOR IS STILL NEW LOOKING. JUST SOME OXIDATION ON HOOD & ROOF. DARN HOOD AND CAR ROOF WAS SUPPOSE TO PAY PART OF MY RENT I GUESS...SHAME ON THEM. THEY SHOULD'VE GOT A PAINT JOB BEFORE SHOWING UP AT A FATH PROPERTY...NOW I KNOW...GOD AINT PLEASED WITH THAT.. NOW I GOT 4 MONEY ORDERS AT $15 A PIECE I GOT TO TURN AROUND TO SEND BACK IN TO GET MY MONEY I WASTED..

Don't believe the positive reviews. Preston Park (and other Fath Properties) have regularly offered incentives for residence to leave positive reviews. Such as a "Win a $50 Visa Gift Card if you write a review on ApartmentRatings[dot]com. Most of the positive reviews should read "be prefaced with "Sponsored content". The reality is Preston Park is a terrible apartment complex and is managed badly. I lived at Preston Park for 19 months. At the end of the first year I (made the mistake and) renewed my lease for seven months and informed the property manager at the time (in writing) that I would move out at the end of the lease. I also submitted a maintenance request to have a leaky sink fixed when I renewed and in seven months they never fixed my sink. You can imagine my surprise when after moving out I moved out I received a notice saying I owed the two month rent for failing to provide 60 days notice that I was moving out. I provided 210 days of notice (it is not my fault you property manger was inept). To add insult to injury I was also told I owed money for damaging the sink (The leaky one that wasn't fixed in seven months). This is on top of content problems with the grounds being poorly maintained and property managers failing to communicate effectively. Bottom line do not move here or into any Fath Property
