The rooms are nice, but the office equipment doesn't work -- copier and printer are not operational. In several attempts, personnel not able to tell me how to print to wifi printer.

I had some deep irritations recently and they actually care unlike other major companies. They did everything to fix the problem. I will end up being their customer again because I trust them. Rarely can I say that about any establishment. Probably the only one.
They do care about their clients if all types.

I cannot say enough about the phenomenal level of service I have received here by Francis, the Office Manager. I signed up for a tour on a Sunday and at 8:15AM Monday morning he was ready and waiting for me. He took time to explain all the amenities and levels of membership available to me. I did not feel pressured to lease an office at any point in the process and he helped us find an office and membership style that suited our needs. This was my first time leasing and office to work out of and I am fortunate that it went so smoothly. Francis is always ready and willing to help with any issues or answer any questions at any time.
Alexander was also very patient in working with us on finding the right office style and contract to suit our needs. Again, we felt no pressure to proceed with leasing with Lucid, but the decision was an easy one.
