        Unbelievably unprofessional and inconsiderate. They represented themselves as booking agents for a vacation rental property owned by Carl Wescott on the beach in Carpenteria, CA. They entered into a rental agreement with me six months in advance of our vacation, took payment in full three months in advance of the trip, and then sent me an email to tell me that they have canceled our booking 6 DAYS before our trip started without any financial consideration to us whatsoever for the difficult situation they put us in. They never even attempted to help us find another place to stay! Trust is a difficult thing to earn and an even tougher thing to recover and the character they revealed in how they treated us is shameful. These folks are not trustworthy in my experience and clearly don't care if the decisions they make cause harm to those who have trusted them. Do business with these folks at your own risk. I never will again.
