If I can give zero I will.. The doctor send the prescription to them and calling them but they keep saying never get the prescription from doctor office and ask them to refax to us. And after 14 days they said we got the same day when you visited the doctor but you have to out of pocket mire than $300 Ok you should let this within couple days of my visit so I can taking care of this not after 14 days and I need the medication ASAP Carelessl people

Should be 0 stars but it won't let you post without any stars. From start to finish my experience was bad. They never called. I called three times. The doctor's office sent the prescription twice. The last time I called, they claimed that they had left a message on my answering machine. I only have a cell phone so that was clearly a lie. They had not even called. The last person I talked to told me I had to get authorization from my doctor. But the doctor is the one that prescribed the compounded medication in the first place and sent them the prescription so wouldn't that be authorization? Definitely NOT a good experience.

HORRIBLE!!! Was prescribed compounding cream. They sent the parts without compounding it. I asked to send it back for a refund. They send me a label, I return the parts I received. They don't refund my money! I called and the girl on the phone didn't understand why I would have expected my money back! Um...because that's theft if you keep money AND the product!?!?! I will NEVER use this joke of a pharmacy again! I am contacting authorities regarding this matter. Hopefully no one else will have this happen to them!
